Elderly, Infants, Handicapped = more vulnerable

In the Haiti disaster, we identified some population groups at severe risk.

Extremely Vulnerable Groups comprise:

1.  
   
   1. Female- and Child-headed households
   2. Households of six or more, with four children of school age
   3. Physically and mentally disabled
   4. Elderly

With Japan, we can assume rapid relief to get survivors to shelter.

But will there be adequate follow up for the most vulnerable, anyone disabled thanks to the disaster, mental psychologically harmed, and the elderly?
